| Jeff Hingle grew up in Harahan, Louisiana, a small city not far from New Orleans. As a teenager, he read Berke Breathed's Bloom County and something stirred deep within him. Years later, despite his best efforts to suppress it, Jeff's cartooning career has slowly begun to emerge from the primordial ooze. Whether it will ever make its way out of the Louisiana swamps to terrorize the populace remains to be seen. Jeff now resides in Baton Rouge, where he makes a modest living, occasionally resorting to eating ramen noodles both for economic reasons and for their yumminess. He is thirty-four and single. |
